My work in both the residential resale of homes & having worked in a corporate property management environment, I continue to learn every aspect of our local real estate market. I negotiate on average 23% off the list price for my buyers. On the flip side, when representing sellers I procure on average 98.5% of list price. Also, when working as a Property Manager I handled the finances, contracts, marketing, leasing, staffing and training of a 40-million-dollar property with ~700 leases. I now have my own real estate portfolio that I own and manage, and would love to show my clients how they can too!
